Return And Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:

At Cabinet Harbor, we take pride in providing high-quality ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinetry. To maintain efficiency and uphold product integrity, we enforce a strict return policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of RTA cabinetry, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Any claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.

2. Reporting Damages or Defects

  • Upon receiving your order, inspect all items immediately. If you receive a damaged or defective product:
    • Email support@cabinetharbor.com within 5 days of delivery with:
      • Order number
      • Photos of the damage/defect
      • Photos of the packaging and shipping label
    • Claims missing any required documentation may be denied.
    • Claims will only be addressed if submitted via Email
